糖質制限は継続しやすい人とそうでない人が分かれます。

ハッキリ言って私のような貧乏人には向いていません(笑)

昔、勝間和代さんの本で「粉物屋は儲かる」というサブタイトルの奴がありまして、「たこ焼きとかお好み焼のような小麦粉がメインで出来た食べ物は原価が安いよ」みたいな話が書いてありました。

逆の見方をすれば、ちゃんとした糖質制限をしようと思ったら米や小麦に比べて高い肉や魚をたくさん食べないといけない訳で、エンゲル係数爆上がりです。

糖質制限をちゃんとやってる人の話を聞いたことがあるのですが、「お腹が空いて辛くてやめてしまった」とはならないそうです。

ご飯を減らしたカロリー分だけ、タンパク質と脂肪分に置き換えるわけですからね。

ほとんどの人が夕飯の「ご飯をなくすだけ=カロリーカット」になっていて、お腹がすいて辛くてダイエットをやめてしまうのです。

米は体重50キロの人でコンビニサイズのおにぎり4個くらいは一日に食べてもOKなので、あとは間食のお菓子を食べなければまず太りません。

無理なく継続出来るダイエットをしていきましょう。
